We purchased this version of QuickBooks in hopes that it would suit our church better than the QuickBooks Pro that we had been using. While it is better geared to non profits than the other versions, that is not saying much. QuickBooks Non Profit is still a product more suited for a business than a church. We have decided to plod along with it and make it work but I would not recommend any QuickBooks products for church bookkeeping. I think other choices would work better.

Excellent product if you need detailed tracking of finance data, but for a new user it takes some time to learn the application and get it set-up to track and report the data you want. Training/learning aids come with the program and it has excellent “help routines/data”, use them before you actually began trying to use the program.
